Ramsey A came out on top in a tight affair against Bacchas A in the PwC Women's Premier League on Saturday.

Goals from Maddy Dunlop and Vicky Garner had given them a 2-1 lead at half time with Georgia Sullivan on the scoresheet for the Cronkbourne side.

Julie Chesterton netted a third for the northerners to ensure their first points of the season.

There was some positive news for Bacchas, with Emily Middleton scoring her first for goal for the club, but they remain pointless after three matches.
