Ramsey lost their spot at the top of South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Three when they went down 18-13 away at Holmes Chapel.
Chapel took the lead with an early penalty but Ramsey were soon in front following a penalty, a try and a conversion from leading scorer Fintan Cummins.
Cummins bagged another penalty in the second half but Holmes Chapel took advantage of some poor Ramsey discipline and snatched the game while the Manx side were short handed after losing two to the sin bin.
