Ramsey thrashed bottom side Merseyside Police 60-12 at Mooragh Park in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Four.
Ramsey raced into an early lead with tries from Ben Harding, Aneurin Pritchard (two) and Nick McCudden, along with a Fintan Cummins conversion.
Police hit back with tries from James Evans and Matt Davies, plus a conversion from Paul Sefton.
Ramsey, however, had the final say of the first half when Cummins converted his own try for a 29-12 lead.
The second half was one way traffic with Pritchard and McCudden both completing their hat tricks and Tynan Pritchard also getting on the action.
Cummins added a drop goal and four conversions to finish with a 20 point personal haul.
