
In their first ever clash in the South Lancashire/Cheshire league, Ramsey beat Douglas 29-5 in the eagerly awaited Manx derby.
Davide Mazzone put Ramsey ahead early on. Ben Harding and Lance Wyllie both added tries and a Fintan Cummins conversion made it 17-0 at half-time.
In the second half, Ramsey added tries from Craig Long and Shaun Wyllie, plus another Cummins conversion, to take the score up to 29-0.
Simon Heggs picked up a late consolation try for Douglas.
