
There was gold on the track for the Isle of Man in the 13th NatWest Island Games in Aland today.
The 4x100 metres women's relay team beat off stiff competition to take the title.
The Isle of Man team consisted of Keira McDonnell, Danielle Ross, Sarah Dowling and Harriet Pryke.
In the pool, there was a bronze for the 8x50 metres mixed relay team.
Sixteen year old swimming sensation Olivia Rawlinson has won a total of four gold medals this week, while Grant Halsall has set new Island Games records and will return home with three golds, two silvers and three bronze medals.
