Cole hits six-minute hat-trick
Douglas Royal have won the Women's FA Cup for a record seventh time.
They beat Peel 5-3 at The Bowl last night aided by a six minute hat-trick from Rebecca Cole.
Peel took the lead through Vanessa Christian after 3 minutes but Donna Shimmin equalised just 2 minutes later.
A rare Eleanor Gawne header put the westerners back in front after 49 minutes only for Donna Shimmin to equalise again on 58 minutes.
Then Rebecca Cole took control of the game with three goals in the 80th, 83rd and 86th minutes to take the match away from Peel.
Sarah O'Reilly did score a consolation in the 92nd minute of an entertaining encounter.
