Douglas Royal have won the Sure Mobile Floodlit Cup after a dramatic 2-1 extra-time victory over Rushen.
Eleanor Gawne put the Spaniards ahead but Leanne Ashe equalised before half time.
Disaster struck for Royals shortly after the break when goalkeeper Sam Jordan was sent off, but they battled on with ten and the match remained all-square after 90 minutes.
It looked to be heading for penalties until Vicky Worthington struck with two minutes of extra-time remaining to take the cup back to Noble's Park.
