Former Island player gets fourth consecutive call-up
Former Island rugby star, Bevan Rodd is once again in contention to feature in the Guinness Six Nations this weekend.
The 2023 Isle of Man Sportsman of the Year is named in Steve Borthwick's 23-man England squad to face Italy in round four of this year's tournament on Saturday (7 March).
So far, Rodd - who'll start from the bench this week - has featured in all three of England's previous fixtures in the competition against Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
He'll also be joined by three of his club teammates at Sale Sharks in the form of Luke Cowan-Dickie, Tom Curry and Tom Roebuck.
Going into this latest test, England sit fourth in the Guinness Six Nations table with one win and two defeats so far.
Italy vs England will take place at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Saturday, 7 March, kicking-off at 4.40pm.
