Vagabonds Ladies Rugby are looking forward to challenge of a new season with preparations for their latest venture well underway.
The team will be heading into a new division for the latest campaign with their first match currently scheduled to take place away against Leigh on Sunday, 22 September.
What's more - after a previous appeal - the club has been boosted by a number of new individuals taking up the sport.
This along with how early they've started training this time around is something players Ella Goodwin-Jones and Sophie Henry think could help set them up well for the matches to come:
