They made it 24 wins from 24 games with a 9-1 victory over Foxdale at Billygoat Park.
Steven Glover bagged a hat-trick, Andy Glover got two, and the other goals came from Callum Gallagher, Nick Hurt, Anthony Moore and Michael Peace.
St John's finished with a goal difference of +177, scoring 194 and letting in 17.
Currently they are 23 points ahead of Union Mills and Ramsey Youth Centre, who are second and third in the table and meet tonight with the winner gaining promotion to the Premier League.
