24 hour challenge with no route
Peel athlete Ben Scott will compete in an original and slightly bizarre endurance event on Saturday.
He's competing at the Escape from Meriden race where he will have 24 hours to run as far away as possible with the distance being measured as the crow flies.
That means there is no set route and no checkpoints - it's all calculated using GPS - here's Ben:-
Football: Colby stun defending champions in Hospital Cup
Rugby: Douglas beaten in Regional 2 North West play-offs
Spirited FC Isle of Man lose out at Padiham
Hockey: IoM Women's Over-45's set for EH Championship semi-final
Holden 'proud' of FC Isle of Man efforts this season
