There were also two tries from Barry Irvine before he was stretchered off with what was thought to be a serious leg injury.
Ryan Badenhorst bagged a brace for the southerners with Will Stanton also crossing.
Ramsey's consolation score came from prop Orry Watterson.
In the other Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield game, Douglas B brushed aside Western Vikings 27-6 at a very damp Port-e-Chee.
Skipper Mike Sheeley was on target with the boot for Vikings, kicking two penalties.
