
Manx shooters Neil Parsons and Dave Walton have finished eighth in the Olympic trap team competition at the Commonwealth Games today.
They scored 185/200, with Neil shooting a personal best of 95.
The standard was incredibly high today.
Australia took gold with a score of 198/200, with one of the pair shooting a perfect 100.
India won silver with 197/200, while the bronze went to the English pair, who hit 193/200.
By comparison, Dave, with then-partner Trevor Boyles, won bronze at the 2006 games in Melbourne with a score of 183/200.
