
Simon Skillicorn continued his domination of the Manx Fell Running League on Sunday.
He took the honours in the James Coulson Classic Laxey Fell Race held in driving rain, mist and at times a strong head wind.
His time was 1 hour, 13 minutes and 56 seconds. Tom Cringle was 1 minute and 14 seconds behind in second place with Tony Okell in third.
Cal Partington won the Women's race in 1 hour, 33 minutes and 59 seconds for an excellent 10th place overall. Series leader Rose Hooton was second with Gail Griffiths completing the podium positions in her first ever fell run.
