The community-owned football organisation has been set up with the intention of submitting a team to compete in the UK.
It'll enter the English football pyramid from next season, with the intention of becoming professional within 10 to 12 years.
Earlier this month, its affiliation to the Isle of Man Football Association was officially approved.
