Manx duo fight back to beat Qatar opponents
The Isle of Man managed an impressive comeback victory in their final game at this year's IBSF World Championships in Doha late last week.
After separate campaigns in the men's singles event previously, Darryl Hill and Dollin Mercer were united for the team competition with a tough draw against China, India and Qatar 3.
Whilst the pairing would be on the end of defeats to China and India, the Manx duo then took on Qatar 3 in their final match on Friday (10 November).
Despite a challenging start going 2-0 down, Hill and Mercer fought back to end up winning the contest 3-2 to end their trip on a positive note.
Earlier last week in the men's singles matches, Hill managed to go the furthest reaching the Round-of-16 before a 5-1 loss to Qatar's Ali Al Obaidli on Wednesday (8 November).
