One-day event will include Purple Helmets appearance
The Southern 100 may be cancelled this year but organisers are still planning on putting a show for fans.
The Southern 100 Racing Team is set to host a one-day Motorcycle Show on Saturday, 10 July, Covid restrictions allowing.
It will include ‘friendly races’, the Junior Trials Team showing off their skills in an obstacle course, and a visit by the World-Famous Purple Helmets.
There's also going to be a Concours D’Elegance for Vintage and ‘Modern’ machines and an Auto Jumble.
The show is set to take place at what would normally be the Race Paddock between 10am-4pm and all money raised from the day will go to the Southern 100 Supporters Club.
