Midweek match could see a change at the top
Castletown Celts could go top of the PwC Mixed Division One this evening.
They're up against third-placed Valkyrs B under the floodlights at the NSC in Douglas in what has all the ingredients to be a fiery encounter.
The westerners are unbeaten in three following a stuttering start to the season and have scored ten goals in their last two.
But Celts - who are seeking an immediate return to the top flight - haven't tasted defeat yet this term and know a win by a margin of two goals will see them unseat Vikings B at the summit.
A tight defence which has only conceded a remarkable two goals in seven played for Celts so far will mean the Valkyrs attack will have to be at its most prolific.
The match is set to push back at 8.35pm this evening.
