Austria to host sporting spectacular
The Isle of Man Special Olympics team left the Island todfay (14 March) to take part in the latest World Winter Olympics, which are being held in Austria.
The Manx athletes will be competing in floorball and snowshoeing.
Paul Clucas, Laura Oram, Sean Roberts and Nicola Wooldridge are in the snowshoeing.
The floorball team is made up of Lawrence Dyer, Jason Fox, Thomas Hall, David Hudson, Owen Langton, Ben Mowle, Chelsea Scott and Duncan Watterson.
The opening ceremony of the games is in the ski resort of Schladming on Saturday, with the closing ceremony in Graz a week on Friday.
