Manx team add more medals on final day of annual games
Special Olympics Isle of Man have rounded off their latest off-Island competition with another series of medals on the last day of the Gibraltar National Games.
On the final day of competition yesterday (22 September) the Manx contingent's swimming and bowling teams were in action.
In the bowling, the three men's doubles teams all bagged silver medals whilst they also took an overall team silver for the event.
Meanwhile in the swimming pool along with medals being secured, each Manx athlete broke their individual records in each contest.
Among the medals in the swimming, Chloe Rollitt and Dylan Butler took gold and silver respectively in the 50m before Butler took silver in the 25m backstroke with Rollitt taking bronze in the same race.
The swimming performances were then wrapped up in good fashion in the 4x25m relay with the Isle of Man side taking bronze.
