Trio looking to raise funds to help them compete abroad
Three local athletes are looking to raise £4000 after being invited to compete in the European Championships Baton Twirling .
The trio is made up of:
Emily Challenor, 22, who, as well as competing internationally as part of the England squad, is part of the Bellettes team in the UK and helps coach the Isle of Man squad.
Faiyth Challenor, 17, who regularly scores herself a top 3 spot competing locally and internationally.
And Maisie Belcher-Smith, 12, who is also no stranger to a podium spot when representing the Isle of Man.
Each has been invited to compete in the European Championships, which take place in the Netherlands on 24 June.
All money raised beforehand will help pay for entry fees, flights, and accommodation.
