Season opener at Blue Point
Martin Kneen showed his class to win the first of the winter English sporting league competitions at the Blue Point range on Sunday.
Sponsored by Chrystal’s estate agents, 21 shooters took part at the Ayre Clay Target Club.
Kneen came out on top, scoring 38/50. Kevin Oates was second on 36 with Dave Lally and Steve Brew tying for third on 33.
B Class: 1, Jake Brew 28 from Nigel Moffatt (27) and Paul Magee (26).
C Class: Richard Davies 25 from Fred Waggett (24) and Jordan Dougherty (23).
