Reigning Champions St. George's can move eight points clear of Peel at the top of the Sure Mobile Premier League this evening.
The newly crowned F.A. Cup winners will move closer to the double if they return from a tricky away fixture against Laxey at Glen Road with three points.
With six games to go, Geordies have collected 51 points....just ten less than their total when winning the title last year.
In their previous 18 matches this season, St. George's have banged in 92 goals and conceded just 19.
However, Laxey have one of the stronger home records in the top flight having won seven of their ten fixtures.
Peel play Corinthians tomorrow evening as the race for silverware enters it's final stages. Corinthians are the only team to have beaten St. George's in the current league campaign.
The other game in the Premier League this evening is a mid-table affair between St. Mary's and Gymns.
The match will be played at Groves Road.....as will the Combination One match between St. Mary's and Peel.
The other games tonight are:-
Combination One - Corinthians v Gymns and Old Boys v Union Mills
Combination Two - Marown v Foxdale
