
The Isle of Man Bank Sports Awards nominations have been announced with six competitors up for two awards.
Cyclist Mark Cavendish and athlete Keith Gerrard are named in the Sportsman and Ambassador categories, while snowboarder Zoe Gillings is in the running for Sportswoman and Ambassador.
Swimmer Grant Halsall, archer Aalin George and golfer Emma Harris are up for the main and under-21 honours.
The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony at the Villa Marina on Thursday, March 29.

It has to be the strongest list of sports stars ever named for the awards.
Along with Cavendish, Gerrard and Halsall for the Sportsman title are cyclist Peter Kennaugh, shooter Neil Parsons and athlete Lloyd Taggart.
For Sportswoman, kickboxer Helen Bannan, shooter Rachel Glover and athlete Harriet Pryke join Aalin, Emma and Zoe.
The team list features Ballasalla Netball, Island Games Badminton and Shooting, the Isle of Man Women's Football and Hockey squads and St. George's.
