Bill Swallow won an exciting opening race of the 2008 Blackford Financial Services Pre-TT Classic Road Races – and it couldn’t have been much closer.
He won the six-lap race in a time of 17 minutes 58.889 seconds, less than a second ahead of Paul Coward with Paul Dobbs a further five seconds behind in third.
