Demand for sport locally 'as healthy as ever' says coach
Six Isle of Man swimmers have secured places on talent pathways in the UK.
That's according to Isle of Man Swimming Coach Lee Holland who says there's more people looking to get involved in the sport now than he can recall in recent memory.
Ed Pearson has been selected for the 11/12 years Lancashire development group and Jamie Farnan to the 13/14 years North West development programme.
Lauren Dennett has been accepted onto the 15/16 years national youth development system and the Swim England senior development programme has brought on Joel Watterson, Laura Kinley and Peter Allen.
Mr Holland told Manx Radio it's 'a lovely place to be in':

Cycling: Bostock bound for 2026 Tour of Britain
Cricket: IoM men finish fifth at T20 World Cup qualifiers
Football: 2026/27 Manx season to begin this weekend
