He secured a third win in as many races in the final round at Slieau Whallian.
An impressive time of 17 minutes, 54 seconds left him clear of second placed Ben Corkill (19.02) and Graham Furner (19.20).
Jackie Taggart was the quickest woman home in a time of 22 minutes, 39 seconds in 15th place overall, followed by talented youngsters Lorna Spiers (23.36) and Ashleigh Lachenicht (24 minutes) who produced fine showings.
