
Lloyd Taggart and Jackie Lee were the winners of Saturday’s 2012 Greeba Fell Race.
Held in excellent conditions, Taggart saw off a record turnout of 82 to win the event in a time of one hour, seven minutes and 37 seconds - just 45 seconds outside his 2011 course record.
Behind him, Tom Cringle had his best run for a while to take second, comfortably clear of third-placed Simon Skillicorn.
Paul Kneen and Ian Gale completed the top five with Jackie Lee the first woman home in sixth place.
Kate Burge was the second woman to finish in 12th place overall with Judith Quane in 18th completing the women's top three.
The next race in the series takes place at the Baldwin Valleys on February 18.
