Government pays tribute after Commonwealth Games
The Manx Government has paid tribute to the athletes who represented Team Isle of Man at this year's Commonwealth Games.
Many have now returned to the Isle of Man after the event concluded in Birmingham on Monday night.
Whilst the team didn’t bring home any medals they did smash a number of Manx records and set personal bests across the eight sports they contested.
A post on social media says: “Welcome home you have done the Island proud.”
