Pat Sharp through to finals for Lifetime Achievement accolade
A stalwart in the Manx tennis community has beaten thousands of other nominees to win the north region LTA International LifeTime Achievement Award.
Pat Sharp is the Secretary for Albany Lawn Tennis Club.
Her and her husband Bryan moved to the Island in 1962 and, thanks to countless fundraisers, built the club up from a single piece of untamed land to what it is today.

Pat will now go through to the LTA Finals, where she'll be up against other winners from the UK, Scotland and Wales.
The champion will be crowned in a virtual ceremony on 24 June at 8pm and streamed live on YouTube.
