Czech rider crashed during first Supertwin race this year
More than €5,000 has already been raised to help TT competitor Veronika Hankocyova following an incident at this year's races.
The rider from Czechia was involved in a crash at Douglas Road Corner in Kirk Michael during the Supertwin TT Race 1 on Tuesday, 3 June.
Hankocyova was then taken by airmed to Noble's Hospital to be treated for reported head, chest and arm injuries.
An online fundraiser has now been set up to help the competitor with her recovery and donations have now topped €5,400 as of today (17 June).
Separately and following the incident, Hankocyova also took to social media to thank followers for their support, adding 'all your support, nice words, just everything...I cant describe what does it mean to me.'
