The 49th Isle of Man Easter Athletics Festival starts this evening (Friday), with a 10K run in the south of the Island.
The event starts at 7pm and finishes on the lower promenade in Port Erin.
Tomorrow, competitors tackle the Peel Hill climb and on Sunday there are relays on Douglas promenade.
One of the organisers, Chris Quine, says they are pleased with the numbers travelling over for the festival.
He says they are mainly from current or old university teams:
FC Isle of Man back on travels for Longridge Town test
Hockey: League titles and relegations could be decided this weekend
Rugby: Douglas hoping to maintain high standing at Firwood Waterloo
Football: Laxey and Onchan out to secure Railway Cup spots
