Praise for teenage Manx full-back
Teenage Manx full-back Kieran Tierney's reputation continues to grow.
The Douglas-born 18-year-old, who plays for Celtic, is the latest up-and-coming footballer to be named UEFA.com's 'Weekly Wonderkid'.
He has impressed pundits, his team mates and the club's staff alike with his skill and commitment, since making his first-team debut against Dundee in April last year.
UEFA's profile of Tierney has quotes from Celtic manager Ronny Deila and captain Scott Brown.
Deila says he wouldn't change Tierney for anyone, describing him as 'first class', while Brown says the teenager is 'hard as nails', a born winner and a born leader.
