Success for cyclists in Bahamas
The Isle of Man has struck gold and silver at the Commonwealth Youth Games in The Bahamas.
Cyclist Jimmy Bostock won the Men's road race with Will Draper coming home in 5th place - it's the first gold medal ever won by a Manx athlete at the event.
And Tara Ferguson took the silver in the women's event in a tight sprint for the line to become the first Island woman to medal at the Commonwealth Youth Games.
The Isle of Man team are up against the cream of the rest of the Commonwealth nations including Australia, Canada and the home nations.
