The time will soon be upon us when we find out who is the fastest person on the Island in each age group.
The Isle of Man Track and Field Championships is set to take place at the NSC from the 12-13 September and will include a hybrid event designed to push some competitors to their limit; the Octathalon.
The comp will see some of the Island's cream of the crop athletes getting involved, including IOM Athletics Development Officer Michael Haslett and 400m star Catherine Reid.
