They beat their Noble's Park neighbours Corinthians 4-2 thanks to goals from the prolific Donna Shimmin (two) and Leanne Ashe, with an own goal making up their total.
Lauren Christian and Sarah Kerford scored for the home side.
Laxey had a good win in yesterday's other preliminary round tie, beating Michael United 5-0 at Glen Road.
Dawn Winn was the star with a hat-trick, with Kerry Lockwood grabbing the other two.
The only league fixture of the weekend was in Sure Mobile Division Two where Castletown demolished Ramsey 10-0.
Tricia Fleming hit five, there were braces from Sarah Denny and Sara Ismail-Sutton and Justine Karran scored one.
