Island competitor finishes 15th in Vancouver
Manx triathlete Will Draper has managed a 15th-placed finish during a wildcard appearance on this year's T100 Triathlon World Tour.
The former Isle of Man Commonwealth and Island Games competitor received an invite to the latest round of the series - the Vancouver T100 Triathlon in Canada - which was held from 13-15 June.
He managed to complete the combined 2km swim, 80km cycling route and 18km run in three hours, 23 minutes and 23 seconds in the men's race.
As a result he also picked up six T100 series points.
The tour itself features 40 elite long-distance athletes - 20 male and 20 female - all competing for a chance to become the T100 Triathlon World Champion and earn a share of $9million on offer.
Later this month, Draper will be back in action representing Great Britain at the Elite World Triathlon Long Distance Championships in Pontevedra, Spain from on 28-29 June.
