Sidecar team aiming to raise vital funds after TT crash
Thousands of pounds have already been raised to help a sidecar team which was involved in a crash at this year's Isle of Man TT Races.
Peter Founds and Jevan Walmsley were involved in an incident at Rhencullen during qualifying on Sunday, 1 June.
Whilst both competitors were discharged from hospital a day later, their machine sustained 'significant damage' and without a 'major refurb' they may not race again this season.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist the duo with donations having already surpassed £5,700.
The campaign is aiming to raise £10,000 in total.
Those behind the fundraiser say 'every donation, no matter the size, will help us rebuild and race again.'
