Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish finished 181st in Friday's sixth stage of the Tour De France.
It leaves him 182nd in the overall standings.
Cavendish will tackle two mountain stages before pulling out of the Tour on Monday.
Most sprinters will stop at the weekend as the tour heads into the Alps, but
the Isle of Man sprint specialist wants to gain experience of the mountain
tests.
