Weather conditions cause day's events to be halted
The opening session of the Isle of Man round of the World Downhill Skateboarding Championship (WDSC) today (4 July) has been cancelled.
The WDSC says the decision was made after weather conditions were deemed too hazardous.
Separately, two people have sustained injuries in incidents.
It's currently hoped the series can resume from around 10am tomorrow morning.
The Manx round of the international series - which is the third round of five - is due to take place each day until Sunday (6 July).
