Bassett to take on 253 mile challenge
An ultra-marathon runner from Peel is in training for the challenge of his life next month. (Oct)
James Bassett is taking part in the notoriously difficult Lon Las Ultra - the longest event of its kind in the UK, to raise funds for the Children's Centre.
Competitors begin in Anglesey and must reach Cardiff within 88 hours; no support is allowed on the 253 mile, non-stop race from Holyhead in Anglesey to Cardiff.
So how does he train for such an event?
