Selectors are looking to send an Isle of Man Team to the second Commonwealth Mountain and Ultradistance Running Championships, which take place in North Wales in September.
All eligible athletes wishing to run in the mountain race are required to take part in a trial, which will be the North Barrule Fell Race on July 30.
If you're unable to run and would like to be considered for the team, you must inform the selectors before the race.
If that's the case, whether or not you make the team will be dependent on your performances on the fells or hills in the previous 12 months.
The first three men and women will gain automatic selection provided the qualifying standard of 45 minutes for women and 39 minutes for men is met.
The selectors say they reserve the right not to select full teams if they believe a minimum standard has not been achieved.
