At the NatWest Island Games in Aland today (Tuesday), the Manx women's football team beat the Island of Hitra 13-0.
Donna Shimmin was top scorer with no fewer than seven goals, Jade Burden and Kim Hickling grabbed a brace apiece, and team captain Gill Christian and Eleanor Gawne got one each.
Yesterday, the Isle of Man beat the Western Isles 4-1 and tomorrow they play their final group game against Guernsey.
