Vagas led comfortably at half-time with tries from Ryan Windell (two), Andy Pease (two) and Jo Louw.
Ramsey’s reply came from Matty Kelly and Mark Oldfield.
In the second half, Ramsey got back into the game and led after tries from Henry Lord (two), Dan Bonwick and Dan Webb, all converted by Kelly.
Vagas, however, finished with a flourish and when Windell and Pease both completed their hat tricks, they snatched the win.
