
Despite a good performance last weekend against Widnes, Vagabonds were handed a sound beating away at Sale in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division One.
Vagas were hanging in at half-time and, as they were only 10-0 down, there was a real hope that they could eke out a result.
Sale, however, stepped on the gas in the second half and ran in 61 unanswered points.
