Vagas’ poor start continued as they went down 22-10 at home to Hull which keeps them rooted to the foot of Women’s Championship North Division Two.
Two first half tries from Rachel Beckley had Vagas in front early on, but Hull hit back and led 12-10 at half-time.
In the second half, Vagas were unable to make the breakthrough they needed and, while pressing forward, conceded two further tries.
