Island side will now face Gibraltar for third place
The Manx Rams were unable to make it three victories on the bounce as they went down to Republic of Ireland 43-32 in their latest Netball Europe Open Challenge tie at the NSC this afternoon (14 May).
The Manx side went into today's tough encounter on the back of wins against Cayman Islands and Switzerland.
However, experience and clinical finishing from ROI proved the difference - as a result they will take on United Arab Emirates for the gold medal spot at 1pm tomorrow afternoon (15 May).
Meanwhile, the Manx Rams still have a top-three finish in their sights - they'll battle it out for bronze against Gibraltar tomorrow morning at 11am.
