Harry Rothwell took 3 for 25 for the Marown side, who then made a disastrous start in reply.
Three wickets went down for only 14 runs, but Jack Rowlands and Jacob Hicklin restored order with a stand of 82.
Jack was run out for 36, but Jacob went on to make 56.
The side were dismissed for 140, with Zubair Siddiqi taking 4 for 34.
Ramsey did well to bowl out Castletown for 133.
Ollie Webster took 3 for 11 and Jamie Moffatt had 3 for 48.
John Short top scored with 29. Moffatt then shone with the bat, cracking 53 not out to guide Ramsey to a five-wicket victory.
