14 players will be selected for 6-week training course
Isle of Man Volleyball is hoping to get younger people interested in the sport with a junior training camp.
The organisation will be holding try-outs for 16 and 17-year-olds; no previous experience is necessary as the basics will be taught to those involved.
There'll be 2 try-out sessions on Saturday 18, March at Onchan Hub, during which juniors will be assessed by coaches.
Fourteen athletes will then be selected to attend a 6-week course for £30.
The course sessions will take place on Friday nights from 8-10pm, starting Friday 24, March at the NSC.
To register or for further information, you're asked to email iomvolleyball@gmail.com with your name, age and gender by 14 March.
The cost to attend try-outs is £5.
