Close finish at Blue Point
Mike Walker was the winner of the fourth round of the Chrystals 50 target Down the Line league at Blue Point on Sunday.
He triumphed at the Ayre Clay Target Club, scoring 48/142.
Phil Ward was second on 47/140 with Steve Craine and Kevin Oates tying for third place with a score of 49/138 and 48/138 respectively.

A Class: 1, Mike Walker 142; 2, Phil Ward 140; 3=, Steve Craine and Kevin Oates 138.
B Class: 1, Dave Corlett 134; 2, Bob Wright 130; 3 Ted Kermeen 113.

This week at Blue Point there will be three competitions: 100 Olympic Trap selection shoot incorporating the Copycat Trophy and 50 Olympic Skeet, both sponsored by Absolute Scaffolding and 50 Sportrap. Entries for all close at 10.15am.
